Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare for Pickup or Shipping

  For mattresses, we will coordinate a local donation pickup; for smaller items, please repackage them in the original box.

  Submit Proof of Purchase

  Upload a photo of the product in its current condition and the law tag to verify eligibility for a full refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the pickup is confirmed or the item is received at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
